Welcome to Panch Tatva Yoga Ashram (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, bookings, and visits to our wellness center. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide wellness and therapeutic services including Mud Bath, Shirodhara, Panchakarma, Agni Karma, Spinal Bath, Abhyang, Color Therapy, and Sound Healing. Service details and pricing may change without notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
• Advance payments or deposits may be required to confirm appointments.
• All prices are in INR and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable or can be rescheduled.
• No-shows or late cancellations may incur charges up to the full service price.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or surgeries before treatment. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care. Consult a physician for health concerns.

5. Liability

Panch Tatva Yoga Ashram will not be responsible for indirect or incidental losses. Liability is limited to the service amount paid.

6. Refunds

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the appointment date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and media are property of Panch Tatva Yoga Ashram. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your information is collected only for bookings and communication. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
