Panchtatva Yog Ashram & Research Center Rules

Please follow these guidelines to maintain a peaceful and spiritual environment.

1. Yoga guests are kindly requested not to enter the kitchen. Only cooking is allowed in the kitchen at all times.
2. All meals are provided by us. Please refer to the schedule for meal timings.
3. To promote and maintain sattvic eating, no meat and egg are allowed in Ashram.
4. Practicing "Maun" or silence during meal times is encouraged.
5. Please return to the Ashram no later than 9 pm if you leave the property.
6. All yoga guests are required to participate in Aarti daily. No exceptions.
7. Smoking, alcohol, and drugs of any kind are strictly not allowed in Ashram.
8. Please keep all music at a low minimum level to maintain peace.
9. Help maintain a clean environment in your own rooms and throughout the Ashram.
10. Please participate in Seva and help clean whenever you can.
11. No sexual activity. This includes holding hands, hugging, massages, or any physical affection.
12. Dress respectfully (no short clothes or tight/revealing clothing).
13. Relatives and friends can visit only in the office and are not allowed in the rooms.
14. Wash and dry your own clothes. Do not ask any member of the Ashram.
15. Switch off lights and taps when leaving the room. Rooms may be shared based on the Ashram’s situation.
